Our Philosophy

Children’s Therapy Corner is committed to helping children attain their highest level of independence by working with families as a team to create an honest and trusting environment that promotes learning and sharing.

Family members are recognized as key players within a trans-disciplinary team and are encouraged to be involved in the child’s therapy program. With this level of care and involvement, the child’s therapeutic gains are maximized and the family learns how to advocate for the child’s needs.

Team Work

At Children's Therapy Corner teamwork is essential. Our therapeutic approach can include any combination of therapists on our staff. First and foremost on the team is the parent or guardian of the child.

Our team consists of SLP, OT, PT and MT as well as the Administrative Staff. Together they strive to provide quality services while working closely with the entire family as well as physicians and school or anyone who has an integral part in the child’s daily routine.

Our team is built on a foundation of Shared Values. Those Values are listed below and staff are continually growing within them and training is provided on a continual basis to further develop their use.
